17 Sep How To: Easily Move From Android to iOS
With the iPhone 6S and 6S Plus close to release Apple have a new Android app: Move to iOS.
The app makes it easy to transfer content from an Android device to an iOS device. A private Wi-Fi connection is created by the iOS device and will locate the nearby Android device running Move to iOS. The app will then begin transferring content over to the iOS device.
What Can I Transfer?
You can transfer the following Android elements to iOS:
- Contacts
- Message history
- Camera photos and videos
- Web bookmarks
- Mail accounts
- Calendars
Move to iOS runs on Android devices 4.0 and later and is available on Google Play.
