Using this portal, you can request your day-to-day customer service queries using our portal and track the progress of your request in real time.

  • The portal allows you to log a customer service query and track the query along until it is completed
  • It gives you the flexibility to view previous queries logged via the portal.

Here is a sample portal that outlines some of the features below:-

In order to login to the portal, you would need a username and password enabled. Kindly contact our Customer Service at Phonenomena and we can activate your username and password straight away and the details will be sent to your email address.

 


Once logged in, you can navigate through different tabs to log a case or view current/closed cases that were previously logged using the portal


To Log a customer service query, select the type of your query, enter a mobile service number, enter a subject and a small description of your query and hit submit.




To view current cases, click on “View Cases” tab. It gives a list of all the current cases that are currently under processing.


To view previous cases, click on “View Cases” tab and then “View Closed Cases”. It gives a list of all the previous cases that were closed.
