Repair Terms & Conditions- Phonenomena P/L accepts the equipment shown above under the following terms & conditions.

Repair Warranty- A mobile phone is only under manufacturer’s warranty if it has been purchased within the last 12 months. Warranty repairs are at the cost of $25.00. This charge does not apply if your handset was purchased through Phonenomena.

Non-Warranty Repairs- All non-warranty repairs will be charged according to the individual repairs needs, service time & parts required.

Physical & Liquid Damage- Physical and Liquid damaged phones are not covered by warranty. These repairs will be treated as Non-Warranty repairs by the Repair Centres and you will be provided with a quote from the Repair Centre for the repair.

Repair Companies- All repairs are done by Repair Centres authorized by Telstra and by the phone manufacturer’s nominated service centre. Although we aim to have your repair returned promptly, we cannot guarantee turnaround times.

Freight & Packaging- The dispatch of equipment to Phonenomena for repair is the responsibility of the user. Equipment will be returned in secure and bubbled packaging via courier overnight delivery to the user.

Things you need to know

  • Faulty Devices are not repaired by Phonenomena.
  • Faulty Devices are sent to pre-approved Repair Centres authorised by Telstra and the device manufacturers.
  • Repair processes are set by Telstra and the device manufacturers and Phonenomena has to adhere to these set guidelines.
  • Phonenomena facilitates repairs for many of our customers and acts as a liaison between our customers and the relevant repair centres.
  • Approximate time frames given by the repair centres will be inaccurate and Phonenomena ask for your kind understanding in this matter. We will continue to do what we can within our control to expedite repairs and we will continue to keep all our customers updated on the status of your repairs.
  • This value added service is provided by Phonenomena at no administrative/ service charge.
  • Customers are liable for freight charges for their own courier and a delivery charge when the repair is sent back to them.
  • For non-warranty repairs, customers will be provided a quote to proceed with repairs.
  • Liquid Damaged and Physical Damaged devices are not covered under warranty and will be treated as a non- warranty repairs.
  • Please note: for BlackBerry if the repair is within warranty period but is due to an issue NOT covered by warranty (eg physical damage), an automatic repair approval occurs for any repair costing up to $150 and this amount will be charged to your mobile bill. Any repair cost above that and you will be sent a quote. If you do not wish to be charged up to $150 please do not submit your device for repair.
  • A inspection fee of $49.95 applies for quotes rejected and repair not proceeded. This inspection fee is assessed by the relevant repair centres.
