How To: Set Up Call Forwarding For Telstra Services

Whether you’ve forgot your phone at home, you’re going overseas or your phone is temporarily out of action, we all have at one point needed to forward our calls to another number.

Call forwarding refers to the conditions upon which the call is diverted to Messagebank or another number. Currently, you have two options on how to do this, which include calling us to set it up for you or doing it straight from your handset. While we are more than happy to help, for those who would prefer to do it on the fly, we’ve put together a ‘How To’ just for you!

There are several call forwarding options available, which include:
• Phone off/out of range
    • Phone Unanswered
    • Phone Busy
    • All Calls (also referred to as unconditional)
It’s incredibly easy to set up each of these call forwarding options, as the process is exactly the same.

Enter into the dial pad:
**(forwarding code)*then enter in the number you are diverting to (if you want to divert to messagebank enter in 101)  then #, then SEND or CALL
All you have to do is to enter in the right forwarding code and the right number to divert to!
