Without a doubt Messagebank is one of the most important features for the busy professional. Like a virtual receptionist, it is able to take messages for you in a variety of ways when you’re unable to answer calls.

Everyone knows about Messagebank, but what you might not know is just how many different types of Messagebank are available to choose from.

Standard Messagebank

Messagebank Plus (Visual Voicemail)

  • Only available to iPhone users
  • Play your voice messages and update your personal greeting directly on your phone without dialing 101. By tapping the phone icon on your home screen then selecting voicemail, you can listen to selected messages without having to listen to all of them or in a specific sequence.
  • Email style presentation of messages, which shows the name or the number of the caller.
  • Drag the playback slider back and forth

  • Can set up personalised greeting
  • Converts voice messages to text, which are sent to your phone as an SMS
  • Messages are attached to a caller’s number
  • Can still dial 101 to listen to the voice message
  • Save important messages and phone numbers directly to your mobile phone.
